Marchesa fall 2010 collection

It wasnt all that long ago that I was drooling all over the amazing Marchesa gowns that walked the red carpets during the season of awards.. I especially loved the white origami gown worn by Kate Hudson to the Golden Globes. Well that was only the appetizer because they showed their latest collection on wednesday at NY fashion week and I fell in love with them all over again. These two women [ Georgina and Keren] have a way with fabric, they know how to manipulate their garments into the most unsual shapes that still remain stylish, fashion forward and flattering!

Ocar de la renta also showed his designs on Wednesday, and his collection didn’t disappoint. He made use of bright colors and bold prints, and yet managed to keep the collection looking high fashion and classy. As a professional bridal designer he already has extensive experience designing gowns that bring the best out of every woman and he definitely brought those skills into play in this latest collection!
